Chloe is an American Bistro with a French flair located in Downtown Minneapolis. It was created by the creative team of Restore Restaurant Holdings, which also owns and operates EaTo. Located at 700 S. 3rd Street, inside the historic Canopy by Hilton Minneapolis Mill District hotel, the restaurant serves classic fare, from burgers to fish to steak frites, all a subtle French nod for both lunch and dinner.
